1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilimm website, creating a jilimm account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the jilimm platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines — collectively referred to as the "Agreement."

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of jilimm and refrain from creating an account or accessing any jilimm services. Your continued use of jilimm following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of jilimm or its affiliated game providers, unless expressly permitted in writing by jilimm management.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account.

jilimm reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilimm may result in account suspension or closure. If jilimm determines that a User is under 21 years of age, the account shall be immediately terminated, all wagers voided, and deposited funds returned to the original payment method (less any winnings derived from wagering activity).

3. Account Registration & Security

To access jilimm's full range of services, you must create a personal account by providing a valid email address or Philippine mobile number, a secure password, your full legal name, and your date of birth. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jilimm account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilimm employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and reserves the right to close any or all duplicate accounts, void pending wagers, and confiscate account balances associated with such violation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilimm login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Use a strong password consisting of at least eight (8) characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available.
• Notify jilimm immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

jilimm shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless jilimm has been notified of unauthorized access and has had reasonable time to act upon such notification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilimm facilitates financial transactions exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. The following deposit and withdrawal methods are currently supported:

• E-Wallets: GCash and PayMaya/Maya
• Bank Transfers: BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jilimm does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. jilimm endeavors to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet transactions and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional identity verification is required, where the withdrawal amount exceeds certain thresholds, or during periods of unusually high transaction volume.

jilimm reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, SSS/GSIS/UMID card, voter's ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

You agree that all funds deposited into your jilimm account are derived from lawful sources. jilimm is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations. jilimm may freeze or close any account suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilimm may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that shall be clearly communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, contribution percentages per game category, and maximum bet limits during wagering will be specified for each promotion.
• Time Limits: The period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal Limits: Certain bonuses may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings.

jilimm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any obligations already accrued to players under an active promotion shall be honored. jilimm further reserves the right to exclude any player from promotional offers if jilimm reasonably believes the player is abusing or attempting to exploit the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or hedging bets across outcomes — shall be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and account closure.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jilimm platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently of jilimm and cannot be influenced, predicted, or manipulated by jilimm, the game provider, or the player.

By using jilimm, you agree to the following fair play provisions:

• You shall not use any software, device, algorithm, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over jilimm, including but not limited to bots, automated scripts, screen scraping tools, or card-counting software in live dealer games.
• You shall not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live games, or engage in any form of coordinated play that undermines the integrity of the game.
• You shall not exploit any software bug, glitch, or error in any jilimm game or system for personal gain. If you discover a bug, you must report it immediately to jilimm customer support. Winnings derived from the exploitation of a known or reasonably discoverable bug may be voided.
• You shall accept the outcome of each game round as final. While jilimm provides a dispute resolution mechanism (described below), the results generated by certified RNG systems are considered authoritative unless a technical malfunction is independently verified.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnection, software error, or data corruption — jilimm will endeavor to restore the game state and resolve the matter fairly. If restoration is not possible, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. jilimm's determination regarding malfunctions and their resolution shall be final.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilimm website solely for its intended purposes (i.e., personal, non-commercial entertainment). This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any jilimm content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond jilimm's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including processing delays or transaction errors.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, which is inherently risky and where outcomes are determined by chance.

In no event shall jilimm's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the lesser of (a) the total amount deposited by you into your jilimm account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) ₱50,000. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jilimm's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jilimm reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through one or more of the following methods: email notification, in-platform notification, or a prominently displayed notice on the jilimm website.

Minor or clarifying changes may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of jilimm following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

If you disagree with any amended provision, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of jilimm and close your account by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to you through your most recent verified payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player shall first contact jilimm customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jilimm will investigate the matter and respond within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through initial customer support, the Player may escalate the matter to jilimm's Dispute Resolution Team, which will conduct an independent review and provide a final determination within fifteen (15) business days.
• Step 3 — External Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved after jilimm's internal processes, either party may submit the matter to mediation under the rules of a recognized Philippine mediation body.

The parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before commencing any formal legal proceedings. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
